Returns

Not the right fit? You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. You arrange and pay for the return shipment yourself. We do not send a return label.

How to return

1. Request your return. Log in to your account, open your order and click "Request return". Once we approve it, you receive an email with all the instructions.
2. Pack your item. Use the original packaging or a sturdy box. Include all labels, tags and accessories, plus a note with your order number.
3. Ship it. Choose your own carrier, such as PostNL, UPS or DHL, and send the parcel to the return address below. Keep your tracking receipt until your refund is in.
4. Get your refund. Once we have received and inspected your return, we refund you to the original payment method within 5 business days, and no later than 30 days. You receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.

Return shipping costs are for the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
