We do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered to you as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you’ll find more information about the shipping process, delivery times, and other important details regarding your order.

Processing Time

Once your order has been placed, our team immediately begins processing it with care. We aim to deliver products within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are €5.95. Free shipping is available on orders of €80 or more.

The exact shipping costs will also be clearly displayed during checkout.

We work with several reliable carriers to ensure your package is delivered safely and quickly.

Delivery

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code via email. This allows you to track your package online and see exactly where it is and when you can expect it.

Pickup

At this time, it is not possible to pick up orders at a physical location.
