Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of receipt. 

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In their original packaging

Damaged or Wrong Item?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

How to Return
  1. Register your return via our return portal
  2. Pack the item securely in the original packaging or a sturdy box
  3. Include all original labels, tags, and accessories
  4. Choose a carrier such as PostNL, UPS, or DHL
  5. Pay for the return shipment and keep your tracking receipt
  6. Send your parcel to the return address below

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days, and no later than 30 days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
