Brabo Hockey Return Policy
If you want to return an item, you can do so easily under the conditions outlined below.
Return Conditions
- Return Period: You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without providing any reason.
- Condition of the Product: Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Process
- Register your return through our return portal.
- Carefully package the item(s) in the original packaging or a sturdy box. Make sure all original labels, tags, and accessories are included.
- Choose a carrier of your choice (e.g., PostNL, UPS, DHL). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Send the package to the provided return address. Register your shipment online or at a service point of your chosen carrier. Pay for the shipping label yourself and keep the receipt with the tracking number.
- Drop off the package at the carrier’s location or hand it over to the courier.
- Keep the proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned product in good condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days (maximum 30 days). You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Please note that return shipping costs are for the customer.
